Create Organization
As a reseller, you can create new customer organizations to provide transcription and captioning services. Each organization operates independently with its own users, documents, and settings.
Create New Organization
Step 1: Access Organization Creation
- Go to Reseller Dashboard
- Click Organizations in the navigation
- Click Create Organization button
Step 2: Basic Information
Organization Name - Enter the customer's organization name Organization Identifier (optional) - Unique slug (auto-generated if not specified) Admin Email - Email for the organization administrator (receives invitation) Admin Name (optional) - First and last name
Step 3: Choose Plan & Settings
Select subscription plan (Free Trial, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), optional branding (colors, logo), and configure features and notifications.
Step 4: Create
Click Create Organization - the organization is created and an invitation email is sent to the admin.
After Creation
The admin receives an invitation email to set up their account. You can monitor usage, manage subscriptions, and configure settings from the reseller dashboard.
