Subscriptions

View and manage customer organization subscriptions from the Subscription tab in customer details.

Overview​

View and add customer subscriptions via Reseller Customers → select organization → Subscription tab.

Subscriptions Table​

Columns: ID, SKU, Subscription Start/End (dates or "-"), Billing Channel (Scriptix/Azure), Plan Payment Model (Bundle/Pay-as-you-go/Perpetual), Auto Renew (Yes/No).

Adding Subscriptions​

Click "Add subscription" (top right) → open modal with:

  • Auto-renew checkbox
  • Search field (debounced 300ms, searches SKU/description)
  • Scrollable plan list (max 425px)

Select plan → optionally enable auto-renew → Create. Success: toast confirmation, modal closes, table refreshes.
