Usage Dashboard

Access Usage Analytics

  1. Go to Reseller Dashboard
  2. Click Usage & Analytics
  3. View organization-wide or individual customer usage

Overview Metrics

This Month: Total minutes transcribed, average usage per organization, peak usage day, total documents

Trends: Month-over-month growth, year-over-year comparison, usage forecasts

Top Performers: Highest usage organizations, most active users, most used languages

Organization Usage

Individual Organization View

Select an organization to see:

  • Current period - Usage this billing cycle
  • Historical - Past billing cycles
  • Breakdown - By user, language, model

Usage Metrics

Transcription Usage: Minutes used / total quota, percentage consumed, days remaining, projected usage

Document Statistics: Total documents, transcripts vs captions, average length, file formats

User Activity: Active users, usage per user, last activity, top contributors

Usage Breakdown

By Language

Minutes and percentage for each language (English, Spanish, French, etc.)

By Model

Usage for standard, enhanced, and custom models with accuracy ratings

By User

Individual contributions - minutes transcribed, documents created, last active

By Feature

Track adoption of transcription, captions, translation, glossaries, custom models, and API usage

Quota Management

Quota Status

Organizations by status:

  • Under quota (below 50%) - Healthy usage
  • Moderate (50-80%) - Normal
  • High (80-95%) - Approaching limit
  • At/over quota (above 95%) - Needs attention

Quota Alerts

Set alerts at 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% quota reached. Notifications via email, dashboard, webhook, or SMS.

Standard Reports

Usage Summary - Total usage, period comparison, top organizations, growth trends

Billing Report - Subscription revenue, overage charges, total revenue, payment status

Activity Report - New transcriptions, user signups, feature usage, API activity

Export Options

Export reports in CSV, PDF, Excel, or JSON (for BI tools integration).

Report Scheduling

Automate delivery: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Choose recipients and format.
