Usage & Reporting

Monitor transcription usage across customer organizations with real-time analytics and downloadable reports.

Usage Dashboard​

Access via Reseller Dashboard with date range filters. Displays:

Metrics: Total/active users, transcribe hours, sessions, finished sessions, error rate (highlighted if > 5%)

Performance: Average TAT (upload to completion), Median TAT (P50), P90 TAT, RTF (processing time / audio duration, lower is better)

Organization Usage​

Table: Shows all sub-organizations with name, audio hours, sessions, finished sessions, errors, error rate (red if > 5%)

Charts: Bar chart (top 10 by hours), Pie chart (top 5 with errors)

Breakdown Filters: By Period (custom date ranges), By Language (units/cost per language), By Token (usage/cost per token), By Subscription (usage/cost per plan)

Export & Reporting​

Click Export Excel to download usage data for selected date range. Supports Excel only (no CSV/PDF/JSON).

Customer-Specific Views​

View individual customer usage by: Invoice, Day, Week, Month, Year. Split by: Period, Language, Token, Subscription. Paginated table (25-100 items) shows period start/end, units used, token name, language, cost.
