What to include in your email

  • Account email
  • Short subject (e.g. API, Billing, Editor)
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Relevant IDs (job ID, invoice number, request ID)
  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

  • Subscription changes can be managed in Settings → Billing
