Subscriptions

View and manage customer organization subscriptions from the Subscription tab in customer details.

Overview

View and add customer subscriptions via Reseller Customers → select organization → Subscription tab.

Subscriptions Table

Columns: ID, SKU, Subscription Start/End (dates or "-"), Billing Channel (Scriptix/Azure), Plan Payment Model (Bundle/Pay-as-you-go/Perpetual), Auto Renew (Yes/No).

Adding Subscriptions

Click "Add subscription" (top right) to open the dialog:

• Auto-renew checkbox
• Search field (searches SKU and description)
• Scrollable plan list

Select plan → optionally enable auto-renew → Create. The plan is added to the customer's subscriptions.
