Meeting Transcription (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom)
Scriptix can transcribe your live video meetings. A Scriptix meeting agent joins the call as a participant, streams the meeting audio to our speech engine, and produces:
- Live captions during the meeting (via Scriptix real-time transcription), and
- a full archived transcript once the meeting ends (via batch), searchable and exportable like any other Scriptix transcript.
Everything runs on your Scriptix subscription and languages — the same engine, accuracy, and privacy guarantees as file-based transcription (including on-prem / self-hosted deployments, where audio never leaves your network).

How it works
- The Scriptix meeting agent joins your meeting from its link — no software to install for participants.
- It captures the meeting audio and sends it to Scriptix real-time transcription, returning captions live.
- When the meeting ends, the complete transcript is archived to your Scriptix workspace.
For Microsoft Teams the agent joins as an anonymous guest via the meeting link, so the only requirement on your side is that your meetings allow anonymous participants to join (and either bypass the lobby or have someone admit the agent). Our team walks you through the exact settings during onboarding.
