Profile Settings

Manage your personal information, password, security, and organization details from the Profile page. Open it from the main navigation. All sections are on a single page, each with its own save button.

Account details​

Edit your first name, last name, email, and newsletter subscription, then click Update. First name, last name, and a valid email are required.

Change password​

Click Change password to open the password dialog. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

Passwords must be at least 12 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.

Organization details​

All users can view organization details, but only ADMIN and SYSOP roles can edit them.

Default settings​

  • Separate speakers: default diarization setting for new uploads. You can override it per upload.
  • Allow magic link export: controls whether magic link export is available organization-wide.

Branding (resellers only)​

Reseller organizations can upload a logo and set a brand color. See Organization Settings for details.

Security settings (2FA)​

Enable two-factor authentication​

  1. Click Activate 2FA. A QR code appears.
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Verify.
  4. A set of backup codes is shown. Click Download codes to save them as a text file, and store them somewhere safe.

Disable two-factor authentication​

Click Deactivate 2FA, enter a 6-digit code or a backup code, then confirm.

Account personalization​

Manage export templates used when exporting documents. See User Preferences for details.

Keyboard shortcuts​

Add or remove custom shortcuts for the transcript editor. See User Preferences for details.

Danger zone​

Deactivate account​

Temporarily disables your account. You cannot log in while deactivated, but your data is preserved. Contact support to reactivate.

Delete account​

Permanently deletes your user account and personal data. This cannot be undone.

Delete organization (ADMIN only)​

Available to ADMIN and SYSOP roles. Deletes the entire organization, including all users and data. This is irreversible.
