Billing & Subscription

Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices. This page is available to ADMIN and SYSOP roles; other users are redirected to the home page.

The page has three tabs: Subscriptions, Payments, and Invoices.

Subscriptions​

Lists all subscriptions for your organization with their SKU, billing channel (Scriptix or Azure), start/end dates, and renewal status. Click the View action to open a subscription's details.

The details page shows the plan, dates, available units (speech-to-text, alignment, translation), auto-renew status, billing channel, and a usage table broken down by billing period.

Subscription status​

  • Active: currently active.
  • Suspended: temporarily suspended; cannot be cancelled while suspended.
  • Ended: cancelled or expired.
  • Active (Cancels on [date]): active, with cancellation scheduled for a future date.

Cancel a subscription​

Users with the RESELLER role can cancel an active, non-suspended subscription. Open the subscription details, click Cancel, and confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the subscription remains usable until then.

Payments​

Manage your organization's payment methods (mandates). Each method shows whether it is primary, its status, and its type.

  • Make primary: sets a method as the primary payment method.
  • Revoke: removes a payment method.

The primary payment method cannot be revoked or made non-primary. Only non-primary methods can be changed.

Invoices​

Lists invoices with reference, date, amount (excluding tax), and payment status. To download an invoice, use the download action or the row menu, then confirm.

Billing cycles​

Billing cycles track usage periods and their billing status. Each cycle shows its start and end dates, status, and whether it is locked. A locked cycle can no longer be changed.

Subscription plans​

Scriptix offers four subscription tiers. All plans include speech-to-text processing, 37+ languages, and UI & API access.

Registering a subscription​

Select a plan and enter payment details. You are redirected to Mollie to complete payment, and receive an activation email once payment succeeds.

Resellee organizations cannot purchase plans directly; their subscriptions are managed by their reseller.
